On the way to Weather Woman's house, Harrison tells Dick that some time ago, he was given a photograph of herself and a man. Upon reaching the house, he's captured by Electra, and they are forced to battle. After they overcome him, Harrison is stunned to find that he has survived, but Electra is shocked to see that he isn't in the photo, but the man in the photo is wearing his clothes. The team then goes to Warden's tower to figure out how to stop Weather Woman. They defeat her and she is trapped inside her living body.
Climax: Agamemnon Cho arrives and informs the team that Weather Woman was once a regular member of the organization, until she found out that one of their agents, Devon Whitley, was dating Morgan Edge. She returned to the organization to kill her. As the Flash and Harrison fight, Weather Woman breaks free and attacks Harrison, but the two are captured by Detective Malone. The gang then attacks Weather Woman in her living body, and while she struggles with Agamemnon, she takes control of it, and is thus able to teleport everyone. Harrison takes the opportunity to escape from her body. Weather Woman is defeated, but she quickly revives and escapes, and the Flash notices that he has the photograph of his parents. Weather Woman then tells the Flash that he is the man in the photograph.
